What's the story behind your name Sohp Shop?
The "oh" in Sohp Shop is a nod to the surprise element of our soap! Plus we just really like alliteration.
What's the surprise?
Well, we hate to spoil a surprise so our lips are sealed. But each surprise soap theme is a pretty good hint ;)
Where are your products made?
Our soap is hand made in Charleston, SC. (But Lilly doesn't make them anymore. Because, you know, she's 10 years old and has school).
How long does the soap last?
This all depends on how often the soap is used, but on average it lasts about a month.
How can I high five Lilly?
Lilly loves high fives! Especially high five emojis on our instagram - @sohpshop.
Does your soap contain parabens, phthalates, sls/sles, or sulfates?
NO!
What are the ingredients in your soap?
Our full ingredient list:
Glycerin, Aqua, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Sodium Oleate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Sodium Laurate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Titanium Dioxide, Pentasodium Pentetate, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Natural Fragrance.
The addition of color adds the following as the final ingredients: (unicorn) = FD&C Red #4 (ninja) = FD&C Blue #1, (fortune) FD&C Yellow #5.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Currently we ship in the U.S. only. We hope to expand soon!
Will you be adding more products to your line?
Lilly says yes! Stay tuned!

When will my product ship?
All orders ship within 24 hours of being placed during normal volume periods (Monday - Friday). During periods of high volume orders ship within 48 hours. We get it, we like to receive our orders quickly, too. So rest assured that we do our best to get the orders out the door as soon as they come in!
